Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Items

  1. Online Returns
  • Log in to your account at phasedresses.com.
  • Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  • Print your returns label and attach it to your parcel.
  • Drop off your package at your nearest authorized return location.
  1. In-Store Returns
  • Bring your items (with the original tags attached) to any of our participating stores.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email or packing slip.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
